Pricing and Financial Policy

If we participate with your insurance, you will be liable for any co-payments or deductibles that are under your plan.

Uninsured patients are ordinarily granted a significant discount off our usual fees.  This discount will also apply if you have insurance with which we do not participate.

Payment is required at the time of service for private patients.  We accept personal checks, credit cards, debit/ATM cards, and cash.
